Shipping policy

PROCESSING:

As we hand pour our products in small batches, we plan to ship your orders out Mon-Wed to reduce the risk of your order sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. 
Tracking for your order is available once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within a day of shipping out your order.

SHIPPING:

Continental US: 3-5 business days after 48-72 hour processing time. 

These are shipping estimates and we will do our best to get your order to you in a timely manner. We are not responsible for any delays, re-routes or failed deliveries once the package is delivered to the post office.

Contactless Delivery:

We offer $5 contactless delivery if you are on the Northshore in the Covington/Mandeville Area. Make sure to check the delivery option while checking out to see if your location is eligible. Delivery days will be Friday's between 12:00PM-5:00PM.
